My client is looking for someone to come onsite 2 days a week in Framingham as a Family Law Attorney 20 hours a week minimum - opportunity to go full time if preferred!

Family Law Attorney, Of Counsel - Role Details: 20 per week billing requirement, hourly pay $100 p/ hour commensurate with experience. Pay is based on hours worked, not only hours billed, and includes payment for any team meetings, CLE trainings ect. Firm provides professional liability insurance, pays for all CLEs (required by the Firm or desired by the attorney).
Location: Metrowest/Greater Boston Area. Must come to our Framingham Office at least twice per week for initial client consults, and client meetings as needed. We have two family law paralegals that would be available to the attorney to assist as needed. Must be comfortable working collaboratively and utilizing our case management system extensively and proficiently. Training provided.

Job Details
Candidate would be representing clients primarily in divorce and paternity cases, and all related issues such as modifications, child support, restraining orders, and contempt actions. They would have their own caseload where they would be the lead attorney.
Attorney responsibilities will consist of:
Representing clients in court and negotiating resolution/case settlements.
Qualifications:
Strong negotiation and oral advocacy skills
Courtroom experience
3+ years of family law experience
Able to meet deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail
Experience managing high conflict situations/cases
Ability to work collaboratively with managing attorney and support staff, utilizing firm case management system
Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize effectively
