We are a mid sized law firm with 5 offices across New York State. With over 70 attorneys and 50+ operational staff, we are looking to continue growing out operations team!

- 3 Years working in a professional office (Facilities Management, Office Management/Professional Services, Law Office)
- Experienced in process improvement, proposal development & implementation
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Experienced with inventory management (ordering & allocation)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff duties across multiple offices
- Manage office supplies
- Keep staff notary licensing & attorney registration up to date & current
- Monitor work flow
- Management of Maintenance request for building management and external contractors
- Oversee legal conflict checks & ensure compliance within firm policies
