We are a mid sized law firm with 5 offices across New York State. With over 70 attorneys and 50+ operational staff, we are looking to continue growing out operations team!

Job Details

  • 3 Years working in a professional office (Facilities Management, Office Management/Professional Services, Law Office)
  • Experienced in process improvement, proposal development & implementation
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Experienced with inventory management (ordering & allocation)

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee staff duties across multiple offices
  • Manage office supplies
  • Keep staff notary licensing & attorney registration up to date & current
  • Monitor work flow
  • Management of Maintenance request for building management and external contractors
  • Oversee legal conflict checks & ensure compliance within firm policies
