Your Role:

As an experienced Office Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and accounting functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Overseeing accounting processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supporting our team of Certified Public Accountants in client engagement activities and project management.
  • Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities to facilitate a productive work environment.
  • Assisting with client communications, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.

  • Proven experience in office administration, preferably within an accounting or professional services firm.
