Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a law firm or legal setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing, vendor management, and event planning.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
- A team player with leadership skills.
