Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, vendors, and customers.
Support sales activities — prepare quotations, manage CRM updates, and organize trade shows or customer visits.
Serve as the liaison between our local office, customers, and headquarters in Denmark for technical and administrative alignment.
Coordinate service activities, spare parts orders, and warranty communications.
Manage budgets, expenses, and documentation in partnership with the finance team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
3+ years in office management, sales coordination, or technical administration.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Excel and PowerPoint required).
Experience working across time zones or with international teams preferred.
