You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and office management tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The role is hands-on and requires a self-starter.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain client records and assist with billing and invoicing as needed
Manage office tasks, ordering supplies, maintaining organization, and coordinating with vendors and/or clients
Create and manage reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Provide administrative support, assisting with documents, scheduling, and correspondence
Manage office calendar and coordinate meetings
Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations
Take initiative to identify needs and improve office workflow
bookkeeping & tax related work

Requirements:
Ideally 5+ years as an Office Manager for an Accounting Firm; Experience with a Law Firm potentially nice to have as well!
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets, reports, and data management)
Ability to take ownership of tasks and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
