Job Details

  • 4 - 7 years of experience in business litigation; prior experience in construction litigation is highly desirable.
  • Ability to review and analyze a myriad of legal issues
  • Exceptional research and writing skills
  • Draft complaints, manage discovery and conduct depositions.
  • Strong work ethic and desire for professional development
  • Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making
  • Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Member of the Ohio Bar in good standing
