We are currently seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our established legal team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement litigation strategies in coordination with the legal team.
- Manage all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
- Represent the organization in court, presenting facts, arguing the case, and negotiating settlements.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest legal developments and trends.
- Provide legal advice to clients on litigation-related matters.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed attorney
- Ideal experience will be in oil & gas litigation, general civil litigation, commercial litigation, and/or criminal defense.
- Licensed in practice in Texas.
- Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, judges, and opposing counsel.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of professional ethics and integrity.
- Proficiency in using legal research software and other related tools.
