We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Operating Room Nurse to join our team in the Medical industry. This role is based in a Surgery Center and requires the candidate to have a Colorado Nurse Compact license, RN License CO, Nursing Degree, and BSN. The ideal candidate must have at least 2+ years of experience in the Operating Room Nurse field and must be a certified OR RN with BLS certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care during surgical procedures
• Ensure the Operating Room is prepared for surgery and all necessary equipment is available
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure that the patient's needs are met throughout the surgical process
• Monitor patients during surgery and ensure their safety and comfort
• Administer medications and anesthesia as needed
• Document patient care and surgical procedures accurately
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment in the Operating Room
• Assist with patient recovery and post-operative care as needed

Qualifications:

• Colorado Nurse Compact license, RN License CO, Nursing Degree, and BSN
• 2+ years of experience in the Operating Room Nurse field
• Certified OR RN with BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and equipment
