Job Details
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room RN to join our dynamic surgical team in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory and safety standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of CA
Minimum 1 year of OR experience (ASC experience preferred)
BLS and ACLS certification (required or must be obtained upon hire)
Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
