Responsibilities
The RN Operating Room Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of Operating Room activities. In this role you will coordinate activities in conjunction with the Anesthesia Facilitator, surgical scheduling, and team leads. Additionally you will have the responsibility to assign and assist Operating Room Registered Nurses and Surgical Techs in order to support the safe care of patients in surgery. The RN OR Coordinator also delegates assignments and provides supervision for OR support staff.
Full time
Evening shift - Preferred hours 11am-9:30pm (4- 10 hour shifts) or 1pm-9:30pm (5 – 8 hour shifts)
No call/holidays
$10,000 sign on bonus for experienced OR Registered Nurses
Requirements
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Education and Work Experience:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam.
BSN Preferred.
