Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Excellence Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with a passion for continuous improvement and a proven track record in implementing lean six sigma methodologies. As the Operational Excellence Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of operational excellence initiatives across our manufacturing operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational excellence strategies and plans to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements using lean six sigma methodologies
  • Conduct process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate kaizen events to drive process improvements and engage employees in the continuous improvement process
  • Monitor and report on the progress of operational excellence initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing lean six sigma methodologies in a manufacturing environment
  • Certified in lean six sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in facilitating kaizen events and engaging employees in the continuous improvement process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
