We are a growing startup in the Tech Services industry, seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Operations Associate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to help shape the future of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving business processes, and ensuring that our business is well-coordinated and productive. Responsibilities:
1. Manage and improve operational practices: You will ensure that business operations are efficient and effective, and that the proper management of resources, distribution of goods and services to customers, and analysis of queue systems is conducted.
2. Implement operational strategies: You will be responsible for implementing strategic goals and objectives that promote growth and meet overall business needs. This includes setting comprehensive goals for performance, growth, and implementing new processes and systems where necessary.
3. Monitor and manage operational costs: You will be responsible for managing budget and forecasts, ensuring all departments meet their financial objectives.
4. Manage relationships with partners and vendors: You will maintain and build trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
5. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations: You will ensure the business operations are legal and conform to current rules and regulations.
6. Oversee risk management and quality control: You will be responsible for managing risks to the company and ensuring that the company maintains high standards of quality control.
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in an operations management role, preferably within a tech services or startup environment.
2. Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity.
3. Strong operational process development and team management skills.
4. Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings.
5. Solid understanding of financial management.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
7. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
8. Outstanding communication and people skills.
9. Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
10. In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
