Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations or a Sr. PM who is about ready to transition into that role. This person must have a extensive experience in Commercial Construction to provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for our commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering medium-scale commercial projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction operations.
Oversee multiple projects from preconstruction through completion.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.
Mentor and develop project teams.
Contribute to business development and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
