Job Details

The Operations Director is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day construction operations and leads the project teams on all construction projects.

This position is also responsible for developing project opportunities for the company, oversight of all projects administrative functions and quality control as well as field operations from start-up to completion/closeout.

The Director of Operations manages Estimators, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Administrators.

Minimum Experience and Education:

10+ years' experience in project management, field supervision, or estimating/pre-construction roles for a commercial general contractor
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum
