As an operations manager on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing fire sprinkler and construction projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, regulatory standards, and deadlines. This role includes managing daily operations, coordinating with clients and other departments, and supervising team leaders and technicians to ensure project success. This is a 5-day-a-week in-office position.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:
  • BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of operations leadership or project management experience
  • Construction industry experience, preferably in a design+build capacity

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Fire protection/fire systems experience
  • Fire sprinkler experience
