Job Details

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field (a combination of education and 5+ years of experience may substitute for one year of higher education).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the health or human services sector.

Healthcare operations experience in a large organization is mandatory.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in data management, reporting, and operational software.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive organizational development by identifying operational needs and implementing targeted programs aligned with company goals.

Foster strong communication channels among staff, clients, and the regional center to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.

Support organizational growth through the development and execution of strategic operational processes.

Partner with the regional center to enhance and expand existing service offerings.

Ensure full compliance with agency and regional center policies, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all operational activities.

Collaborate with the management team to design and roll out operational frameworks that support current operations and future growth.

Formulate and implement both short- and long-term strategies to optimize resource use and consistently meet service obligations.

Promptly address and resolve client and staff concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Lead the training and supervision of staff on new software platforms, ensuring compliance with all training protocols and certification requirements.

Oversee client authorization processes and maintain accurate, up-to-date records for contracts and service documentation.
