We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Operations Specialist to join our team. The Operations Specialist will play a vital role in our operations department, overseeing IT asset disposition (ITAD), logistics, inventory, and software support. With a focus on continuous improvement, this role will be instrumental in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
The Operations Specialist will be responsible for the following:
1.) Inventory Control: Conduct inventory control assessments on resale assets to ensure compliance with established standards for reuse, recycling, or disposal.
2.) Software Support: Work closely with the Operations team to provide updates for the organization's ERP system.
3.) Data Accuracy: Analyze daily reports- update and identify inaccuracies or incorrect data.
