We are seeking a motivated and experienced Permanent Ophthalmologist to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled individual to provide comprehensive eye care services in a high-volume, patient-focused environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating all types of visual problems and eye diseases. This includes performing routine eye examinations, prescribing glasses and contact lenses, diagnosing eye conditions, and performing eye surgeries.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Ophthalmologist, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting detailed eye and vision assessments for patients of all ages.
2. Diagnosing and treating eye diseases and injuries.
3. Performing various types of eye surgeries, including cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, and refractive surgery.
4. Prescribing and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses to correct vision problems.
5. Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as optometrists and opticians, to provide comprehensive eye care services.
6. Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in ophthalmology and integrating new techniques and technologies into patient care.
7. Educating patients on eye health, including preventive measures and post-operative care.
8. Maintaining detailed patient records and adhering to all confidentiality regulations.
9. Participating in research studies aimed at improving eye care and treatment.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
2. Completed a residency in Ophthalmology.
3. A valid license to practice as an Ophthalmologist.
4. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ophthalmologist, with a particular focus on Ophthalmic Surgery.
5. Proven experience as a cataract surgeon.
6. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information to patients in a clear and understandable manner.
8. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
9. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of patients.
10. Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.
