Responsible for all professional nursing duties as required. They will provide training and supervision to other nursing staff, including licensed practical nurses and any on-call or part-time registered nurses. They are responsible for compliance to regulations, policies and procedures. They will ensure the continuity of care within the maintenance medication programs. They will maintain clear communication with pharmaceutical contacts to work toward improving medication access and adhering to DEA and OASAS regulations. They will oversee and/or coordinate insurance communications to obtain prior authorizations and any other communication as necessary. They must be willing to work and/or be available on call on weekends.
