We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Permanent Outpatient Clinic Director. In this role, you will have the chance to make a significant impact in the lives of patients and staff, leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities:
As the Outpatient Clinic Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the clinic. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that the clinic runs efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing strategic plans for the clinic in line with organizational goals.
2. Overseeing all clinic operations, including patient care, staff management, financial management, and facility maintenance.
3. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
4. Ensuring that the clinic meets all regulatory and compliance standards.
5. Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations.
6. Managing relationships with stakeholders, including patients, staff, and the broader healthcare community.
7. Monitoring patient satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
8. Leading and mentoring staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting. Experience in an outpatient clinic is highly desirable.
2. Proven experience in clinic administration and operations.
3. Knowledge and experience in oncology, as this is a key area of focus for our clinic.
4. A master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred. However, an associate's degree is required as a minimum.
5. Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to lead a team of healthcare professionals.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
7. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes.
8. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
10. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
