The Nurse Practitioner will:

The Nurse Practitioner will:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
- Perform physical examinations, preventive health measures, and assessments for complex chronic disease management.
- Diagnose and treat health conditions, as well as refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments.
- Prescribe medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion practices.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and integrity of all health information.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in primary care, family medicine, and internal medicine.
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Massachusetts
- 2 years related clinical experience
- Willing to treat full lifespan
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems; EPIC a plus
- Bilingual a plus
