Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care:

The Nurse Practitioner will:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
• Perform physical examinations, preventive health measures, and assessments for complex chronic disease management.
• Diagnose and treat health conditions, as well as refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments.
• Prescribe medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion practices.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and integrity of all health information.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in primary care, family medicine, and internal medicine.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Massachusetts
• 2 years related clinical experience
• Willing to treat full lifespan
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems; EPIC a plus
• Bilingual a plus
