A bit about us:

When Keith Blasingame founded ProActive Physical Therapy Centers in March of 2000, it was originally known as Pearland Physical Therapy, PLLC. It took many hours, days, and months of preparation, hard work, and dedication to secure the contracts, office space and new equipment necessary to begin Keith's labor of love. This commitment to his vision finally came to fruition on August 14, 2000, when Pearland Physical Therapy treated it's first patient.

A second clinic was opened in Angleton to support an up and coming orthopedic surgeon, and our name was officially changed to ProActive Physical Therapy. Eventually this clinic was moved to Pasadena in February of 2004, but our new name and branding remained. This clinic ultimately became a very successful practice, as Keith had existing ties to the community and strong relationships with local physicians.

ProActive Physical Therapy grew yet again in 2006. Dr. Giacomuzzi, a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine with whom Keith had built a solid relationship, and the Texas Gulf Coast Medical Group chose to move into their own building and utilize ProActive Physical Therapy as their preferred PT providers. With this, ProActive Physical Therapy---Clear Lake was officially opened.

ProActive added yet another clinic in 2019 just north of Houston in The Woodlands, Texas. As a team, ProActive Physical Therapy is proud of this history.
"Making You Better is Our Only Business" is why we are here. We love to see our growth reaching more communities and more patients in need of PT. It's been truly rewarding to see that we have made a difference in the quality of life for so many. We look forward to each new step. We are excited to see where the path takes us. Most of all, we look forward to helping you!
