Job Details

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with mechanical contractors through face-to-face meetings, onsite visits, and consultative selling. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable working independently, and driven to exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and conduct regular face-to-face meetings with mechanical contractors to build trust and drive business.
Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Present and promote pump solutions, services, and maintenance programs.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
Prepare proposals, quotes, and follow up with clients to close sales.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer information in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Travel within assigned territory using personal vehicle (company provides mileage/travel compensation).

Qualifications

Proven outside sales experience, preferably within the mechanical, industrial, or pump service industry.
Comfortable with face-to-face client interactions and relationship-driven sales.
Strong computer skills; proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Technical aptitude to learn pump systems and service applications.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
