As a key part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business, helping us continue our growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Outside Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
2. Generating new business opportunities and securing sales within the equipment, agriculture, and construction sectors.
3. Conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
4. Delivering presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to potential clients.
5. Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for growth and increased market share.
7. Participating in industry events and trade shows to network and promote our brand.
8. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
9. Providing regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Outside Sales Representative role will possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically within the equipment, agriculture, or construction sectors.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
5. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
9. A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
