Job Details

Qualifications – Needed:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales or construction industry experience
  • Experience in trench shoring or excavation safety preferred
  • Knowledge of OSHA 1926 Subpart P and OSHA 1910 preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Identify and secure orders from new and existing customers
  • Plan and execute sales calls and presentations demonstrating company solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide trench safety and confined space solutions, including engineered site-specific systems
  • Assist with on-site system installations as needed
  • Participate in early-stage project bid processes
  • Conduct competent person training for excavation safety and confined space entry
  • Provide technical assistance for product applications and customer problem-solving
