Join a team that’s helping shape the future of industrial automation. We’re currently looking for a Technical Outside Sales Representative with a mechanical mindset and strong people skills to support and grow our customer base in the Fremont, CA territory. From air-powered tools and robotic arms to motion sensors and custom control systems, you’ll help deliver tailored automation solutions across a wide range of industries.
You’ll be the face of our company to both current and potential clients—helping them solve real-world challenges through automation.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the Fremont area
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with prospective customers in manufacturing, industrial, and production environments
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding each client’s production goals, operational needs, and technical challenges
  • Recommend customized automation solutions with the help of our in-house technical team and trusted manufacturing partners
  • Create quotes and proposals, follow up on technical leads, and help close deals
  • Stay in regular contact with clients via onsite visits (12–16 per week) and virtual meetings
  • Monitor your sales performance, forecast growth opportunities, and work with your manager to exceed goals

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field — ideally with coursework in robotics or PLC controls
OR
  • Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing with demonstrated mechanical/technical aptitude
OR
  • Associate degree in a technical field plus 5+ years of relevant hands-on or sales experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in technical systems
  • Previous experience in automation, manufacturing, or industrial sales is a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Sense of urgency and self-motivation to drive sales results
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
