Job Details

Job Details:

  • Manage shift production, 12 employee departments, time-off requests, and training
  • Assign duties to employees and oversee their development
  • Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed
  • Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed through training
  • Handle Employee administrative needs with Human Resources

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5 – 8 years of Supervisory experience with dynamic continues processes
  • Knowledge of MS Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • SAP, MRP/ERP experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • The ability to be a self-starter with the ability of switching tasks based on production demand
  • Strong communication skills – multilingual skills preferred but not required


Schedule
  • 12 Hour Shifts – 3 day/4 day
  • 6pm-6am / Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Thursday
