Job Details
We’re looking for a data-driven Paid Ad Buyer with a proven track record of running profitable campaigns across digital channels—primarily Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search & YouTube), and TikTok. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, understands performance marketing in a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) environment, and knows how to drive measurable growth in the health or CPG space.
You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to optimize performance across platforms, scale winning campaigns, and help turn cold traffic into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
Manage daily ad spend budgets and continuously track performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR).
Develop ad creative briefs and collaborate with the design and content teams on high-performing ads.
Conduct A/B testing across copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages.
Report on campaign performance weekly with actionable insights and recommendations.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party attribution platforms to analyze customer behavior and attribution funnels.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Work with retention/CRM teams to align paid strategy with lifecycle marketing efforts.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns, ideally in a DTC or CPG environment.
Deep experience with Meta and Google Ads; TikTok and influencer-paid traffic experience is a major plus.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and conversion rate optimization.
Highly analytical and comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets for performance tracking.
Familiarity with creative performance metrics (thumb stop rate, hook rate, scroll depth, etc.).
Experience using tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar for multi-touch attribution is a plus.
Passion for sports, fitness, wellness, or nutrition is preferred.
