Job Details

We are seeking a Paint Booth Operator to support production operations by preparing, priming, and painting fabricated components and industrial equipment assemblies.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
  • Inspect fabricated components prior to painting
  • Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment
  • Mix paints and coatings to proper specifications
  • Measure and verify coating thickness
  • Perform touch-ups and quality inspections
  • Maintain paint booth equipment and work areas
  • Coordinate with production teams to meet delivery schedules
  • Follow OSHA and company safety standards
  • Assist with assembly activities when needed

Qualifications:
  • Previous industrial painting experience preferred
  • Experience with spray equipment and industrial coatings preferred
  • Ability to read work instructions and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to quality and safety
  • High school diploma or GED


Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
