The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our finishing operations, ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality standards and are delivered on time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and has a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Finish Supervisor, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the paint finish team, ensuring all tasks are carried out to the highest standard and within the set timeframe.
2. Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure all products meet our stringent quality standards.
3. Training and mentoring team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
4. Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
5. Overseeing the maintenance of all paint finishing equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition at all times.
6. Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement.
7. Ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are adhered to at all times, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
8. Monitoring and managing inventory of supplies and materials.
9. Providing regular reports on team performance, productivity, and quality.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Paint Finish Supervisor, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on spray painting.
2. Proven experience in supervising and training a team.
3. Strong knowledge of paint finishing techniques and equipment.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
