Job Details
Manage intake and organize case files for personal injury, bad-faith insurance and class-action matters
Draft, review, and finalize legal documents: demand packages, pleadings, discovery responses, motions
Coordinate with attorneys, experts, vendors, and clients; monitor deadlines and key milestones
Conduct legal research and assist attorneys in trial preparation including witness interviews, deposition prep, exhibit logistics
Use case-management software and litigation databases (experience with high-volume plaintiff-side caseloads preferred)
Assist with calendaring court appearances, motion hearings, and trial logistics
Strong communication skills: you’ll often be the bridge between the attorney, client and support team
Qualifications we’re looking for:
3+ years paralegal experience in plaintiff-side litigation (personal injury, insurance bad faith, class action preferred)
Proven comfort with fast pace, heavy document volume and task switching
Excellent organization, attention to detail, meeting deadlines without reminders
Comfortable with legal research tools and litigation software
Able to work collaboratively, take initiative when needed, and handle client-facing tasks as appropriate
Licensed or certified paralegal a plus, but not mandatory
