We are a respected plaintiff personal injury firm in Houston seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Catastrophic & Wrongful Death Department. This position offers direct attorney support on high-value cases.

- Manage wrongful death and catastrophic injury files from intake through trial.
- Conduct discovery, schedule depositions, and handle 18.001 medical affidavits.
- Maintain consistent client communication and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with attorneys and department leadership to deliver exceptional case outcomes.
- Ensure full compliance with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
Qualifications:
- 3–20 years of plaintiff personal injury experience, preferably in wrongful death or catastrophic injury
- Must know Texas rules and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and client service focus.
- Trial experience prior to COVID preferred but not required
