Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with demonstrated experience in plaintiff-side employment law. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced litigation environment. You will play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout the life cycle of a case—from intake through trial or settlement.

- Conduct client intakes and interviews with potential and current clients.
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and other court documents.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate and organized documentation.
- Perform legal research and summarize findings.
- Coordinate and manage deadlines, calendaring, and case timelines.
- Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and deposition materials.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and experts.
- Assist in trial preparation and provide courtroom support as needed.
- Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding items.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal.
- Background in employment law (wage and hour, wrongful termination, class actions, and/or discrimination/harassment).
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and litigation procedures.
- Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
