Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with demonstrated experience in plaintiff-side employment law. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced litigation environment. You will play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout the life cycle of a case—from intake through trial or settlement.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client intakes and interviews with potential and current clients.
  • Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and other court documents.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate and organized documentation.
  • Perform legal research and summarize findings.
  • Coordinate and manage deadlines, calendaring, and case timelines.
  • Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and deposition materials.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and experts.
  • Assist in trial preparation and provide courtroom support as needed.
  • Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding items.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a paralegal.
  • Background in employment law (wage and hour, wrongful termination, class actions, and/or discrimination/harassment).
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and litigation procedures.
  • Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
