We are a small Family Law Firm seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced paralegal to join our Firm. You will help draft legal documents such as declarations & motions, prepare briefs, conduct legal research for trial preparation, and keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible.

Job Details
At least 2 years of experience in legal services under an attorney in a law firm setting as a paralegal (preferred Family Law experience)
Required 2+ years of Family Law experience working in California
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in software technology, Microsoft Office, tools and case management tools
Knowledge and experience with California Code of Civil Procedure
Well versed in Family Law legal terminology, laws, judicial decisions, court jurisdictions, and procedures, and Family Law knowledge
ABA-approved paralegal certificate program, such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies
Must have a paralegal professional certification or have an advanced paralegal education
Experienced in Case Management systems (MyCase preferred)
Required 2+ years of Family Law experience working in California
