Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our family Law firm.
You will be working directly with our team of experienced attorneys, providing crucial support in the preparation and management of various family law cases.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in family law.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to our attorneys in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and more.
- Conduct thorough and accurate document reviews, identifying relevant information and summarizing findings for attorneys.
- Prepare and manage all legal documentation, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
- Assist with case preparation, including gathering and organizing evidence, drafting legal documents, and preparing case summaries.
- Conduct legal research and draft memorandums, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, deadlines, and court dates, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Act as a liaison between the attorneys, clients, and court personnel, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Assist with trial preparation, including preparing trial exhibits, witness preparation, and trial logistics.
- Maintain case files and manage case database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in family law.
- Proficiency in document review and the preparation of legal documentation.
- Strong knowledge of legal research methods and legal terminology.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
