We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a focus on oil & gas title opinions to join our dynamic legal team.
This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in oil and gas law, with a particular emphasis on title opinions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of title opinions and related documents for oil and gas transactions.
- Perform comprehensive title examination and analysis to ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and compile data on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles related to oil and gas.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence related to oil and gas.
- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files and databases for all oil and gas cases.
- Liaise with attorneys, clients, and other parties to ensure all legal procedures are followed correctly and timely.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and filing documents.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and reviewing title opinions.
- Strong knowledge of oil and gas law, including relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in legal research and data compilation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal information clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
- A Paralegal certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
