Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Paralegal to join our team in the legal industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and filing claims, medical records, motions, discovery, settlement documents, and case files. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury, civil, and plaintiff cases.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and filing claims, medical records, motions, discovery, settlement documents, and case files.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, documents, and witnesses.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case.
- Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining documents and correspondence.
- Prepare and file legal documents with the court and other entities as required.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as needed.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and answering phone calls.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury, civil, and plaintiff cases.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, principles, and procedures.
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
