Job Details

Manage and drive cases: from client intake through trial

Prepare complex motions, demand packages, liability proposals

Draft pleadings, discovery (interrogatories, requests for production), responses

Review medical records, bills, depositions for strategy and damages

Coordinate with experts, witnesses, opposing counsel

Assist with depositions, trials—preparing exhibits, witness prep, logistics

Maintain deadlines, calendars, docketing

Handle client updates, correspondence

Ideal Qualifications:

3+ years’ paralegal experience (preferably in PI litigation)

Strong legal writing and analytical skills

Firm grasp of civil procedure, rules of evidence, discovery strategy

Proficiency with case management software

Bonus: bilingual (Spanish or Creole)
