We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing support to our attorneys in a fast-paced and challenging legal environment. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 years of experience in the legal industry.

Responsibilities:
- Drafting and filing legal documents, including petitions, motions, and pleadings
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation
- Assisting with document production and discovery requests
- Organizing and managing case files and documents
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
- Preparing for and attending hearings, depositions, and trials
- Providing support to attorneys in all aspects of case management
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in the legal industry (real estate is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and principles
- Experience drafting legal documents, including petitions and discovery requests
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
