Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree is required. A Paralegal certificate or equivalent is strongly preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in trust & estates, tax, or a related field.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of trust and estate laws, probate procedures, and tax regulations.
4. Proficiency in preparing tax returns for trusts and estates, including federal and state estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and fiduciary income tax returns.
5. Excellent legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal and financial information.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and other professionals.
7. Proficiency in using legal research tools and financial software.
8. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
9. High level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to client confidentiality and ethical conduct.
