Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and file legal documents for personal injury, fire and casualty loss, medical malpractice, business law, and traffic violation cases
- Conduct legal research
- Assist with case management and trial preparation
- Communicate with clients, experts, and legal professionals
- Support attorneys with discovery and filing processes
