Job Details

  • Create and maintain client folders; scan and organize case documents
  • Prepare pleadings, filings, discovery, trial binders, inventories, and accountings
  • Draft and send correspondence, emails, and legal documents
  • Perform notary services and conduct court runs
  • Communicate with clients, co-counsel, opposing counsel, courts, Commissioner’s offices, and vendors
  • Support attorneys in delivering high-quality estate administration services
  • Meet daily billable requirement of 3 hours
  • Provide receptionist and office support as needed during Richmond office build-out

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the legal field
  • Strong background in estate administration and probate support
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
