Qualifications

- Draft pleadings, discovery, financial affidavits, and other court documents
- Assist with preparation for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
- Organize and maintain case files and electronic records
- Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling
- Conduct legal research as needed
- Assist in the preparation of equitable distribution schedules, child support guidelines, and alimony worksheets
- Maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a family law paralegal
- Strong knowledge of marital and family law procedures and terminology
- Proficiency with legal software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, Microsoft Office, e-filing systems)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Certified Paralegal (CP) or Registered Paralegal (RP) is a plus
