Job Details

  • Manage client communication and case support for civil litigation matters
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, and court filings in VA Circuit and General District Courts
  • Coordinate with vendors (process servers, court reporters, etc.)
  • Supervise and delegate to legal assistants
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain consistent updates to clients on case progress
  • Adhere to internal processes and uphold quality standards

Looking For:

  • 2+ years of Virginia civil litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong knowledge of Virginia court procedures and filing requirements
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy – proficient with Google Workspace, MS Word/Excel, Adobe Acrobat
  • Prior experience managing legal support staff is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and client-focused
