We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced paralegal to work on a variety of legal matters, including contract monitoring, drafting, and review, as well as contract compliance.
Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and revise various types of contracts including but not limited to vendor agreements, service agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
2. Monitor contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Assist with contract negotiation by providing legal advice and guidance.
4. Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of topics related to contract law.
5. Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, and agreements.
6. Develop and maintain an organized, accessible system for electronic and paper documents.
7. Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve legal disputes.
8. Provide support to the legal team in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings.
9. Perform administrative tasks as required, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of three years of paralegal experience in a relevant field
2. Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred.
3. Proficiency in contract management systems.
4. Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
8. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
