We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Paralegal to join our fast-paced legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals in the legal industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably with a focus on litigation, corporate law, employment law, family law, contract law, estate planning, and business transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive paralegal support to our attorneys, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys in all aspects of litigation, corporate law, employment law, family law, contract law, estate planning, and business transactions.
2. Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, wills, trusts, and corporate documents.
3. Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues, using a variety of resources.
4. Manage client relationships, including maintaining regular contact with clients, answering queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Assist in the preparation of case materials for court proceedings, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial notebooks, and coordinating with witnesses.
6. Maintain and manage case files, including organizing and tracking documents, correspondence, and other case-related materials.
7. Coordinate and communicate with opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
8. Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with various courts and agencies.
9. Ensure compliance with legal procedures and ethical standards in all work activities.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in the legal industry, with a focus on litigation, corporate law
