We are seeking a dynamic, diligent, and detail-oriented Permanent Paralegal to join our fast-paced legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a thriving legal department, providing essential support to our attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting documents, maintaining files, and ensuring all documents and information are organized and readily accessible. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


1. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and provide legal advice.
2. Prepare and draft various legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, pleadings, and other court submissions.
3. Review and analyze documents for relevance and privilege according to established guidelines and criteria.
4. Maintain an organized and accessible file system including case files, correspondence, and other relevant documents.
5. Liaise with clients, witnesses, and external counsel, and attend meetings, hearings, and trials as required.
6. Assist attorneys in trial preparation by preparing case briefs, evidence, exhibits, and other materials.
7. Ensure all legal documents and proceedings are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining attorney calendars, and managing client billing.


1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within the legal industry.
3. Proficiency in legal research and legal terminology with the ability to draft and review legal documents.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective legal writing and client interaction.
6. Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
8. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Paralegal certification from an accredited program is preferred but not mandatory.
