We are looking for a Paralegal to join our family law firm in Arlington.
The ideal candidate will be early in their career, open to working cases in multiple states, and interested in family law.
Experience with family law is not required.

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of legal documents and correspondence to ensure timely service and filing.
- Conduct legal research and factual investigation to assist in case preparation.
- Organize and maintain litigation files; manage and update case materials.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, legal memoranda.
- Review and analyze discovery responses and/or large amounts of data.
- Prepare for and assist with trials, hearings, depositions, and arbitration.
- Coordinate with clients and opposing counsel.
- Maintain calendars and track case deadlines.
- Assist with the preparation of case budgets and cost estimates.
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or a Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- A minimum of 6 months of paralegal experience is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and integrity.
- Technologically proficient.
