Job Details

Job Responsibilities

Case Management & Support:
  • Manage case files from intake through resolution
  • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
  • Prepare and organize discovery materials and trial exhibits
  • Maintain detailed case status reports and deadline calendars
Legal Documentation:
  • Review pleadings, and settlement documents
  • Perform (light) legal research and factual research
  • Assist with trial preparation
  • Review and analyze medical records and reports
Client Relations:
  • Serve as point of contact for case updates
  • Gather and verify client information and documentation

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years paralegal experience in personal injury or litigation
  • Proficiency with legal case management software (PC Law experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of New Jersey court rules and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Needles case management system
  • Bilingual in Polish and English
  • Prior experience in plaintiffs' personal injury law
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and records review
